Eric Mukasa: Leaders Lift Others Before They Rise

Through group activities and peer exchanges, I learned how collective intelligence and diverse perspectives create stronger, more impactful solutions than individual effort alone. As the CEO of Madaraka Executives, it was an honour leading a group of multi-talented individuals.

Serving as Head of the PR Tribe was a defining role. I designed and executed communication initiatives that amplified social media awareness of the JTC program, strengthened its visibility, and fostered community engagement.

I entered as a learner seeking growth, but I leave as a leader equipped with clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose. I express my willingness to actively support the JTC program in the future as a mentor, helping to shape and empower the next generation of leaders.
