Immaculate Namanda: Do It With Fear

To my surprise, I realized fear had held me back on many fronts: fear of taking bold steps, fear of failure, fear of what people will say. This program has stretched me in ways I never knew I could go.

From school days, one of my most daunting subjects was accounting, finance and procurement. I am grateful that I have managed to overcome my accounting fears and face the numbers confidently.

I had never thought about leading myself but instead always aimed at leading others. So I always ask myself: What is it like to work for me? Would I work for me? Because leadership is not a title. It’s a daily choice to influence, inspire, and serve.
